Bought this from my Fiancee, she has major back pain from time to time. I gave her a few weeks to give me feedback, and she tells me her tummy feels like its had a workout after 10mins... it relaxes her back and gives her energy. Its low impact, and she says its like shes just gone on a walk... so yeah, it works.. would I buy it again?.. yes.

The Chi machine arrived more quickly than I expected, and I started using it right away. It is wonderful- relaxing and helpful for my back and neck problems. I had tried an earlier version of this machine at a health clinic and spa this past year. This one has more features and is even better than the one I had used.
