Standing Squat
With feet on the plate, and hands holding the handgrips, maintain knees slightly bent. Always maintain neutral alignment of spine: do not rest on handgrips.

Kneel before plate, with upper body resting on hands upon plate. Keep back straight without hunching, and maintain head in line with back bone. Don't let head slump towards plate.

Seated, Arms Raised
Take a seat on the plate facing outward, with hands holding handgrips. Maintain good, erect healthy posture, and avoid bending at the waist. As strength increases, decrease weight supported by arms.
